What happens to the information you send through this site.
Who holds the information
Ömer Yanbaş, in Istanbul, as the controller of this site. There is no analytics service, no advertising network and no third party script on any page.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, an optional company name and your message. The server also keeps the usual web server access log, which contains the IP address and the requested address.
Why
To read your enquiry and answer it. Nothing is used for marketing and nothing is shared with anyone else.
How long
Messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for up to twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Access logs rotate on a shorter schedule.
Where
On the server that runs this site, in a directory that is not reachable from the web.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted. Write to me through LinkedIn or through the contact form and the request will be handled.
This notice describes how the site works today. If you need a signed data processing agreement for a project, ask and we will put one in place.
