I am an entrepreneur and the general manager of Ticofab Yazılım. We build enterprise software: automation for companies, business development systems, data heavy back offices and the integrations that hold all of it together.

My own focus sits on gaming technology, data structures, project optimisation and energy technology. Those are the parts I take on personally, usually when a platform has grown past the design it started with.

Every engagement starts with the same three questions. What does the business actually need, what does its data look like, and what has to keep running while we change it. The plan follows the answers, not the other way around.

Much of the work then happens where few people look: tracing errors to their source, clearing performance bottlenecks and keeping systems dependable long after launch. That is the part of the job I care about most, and it is what most of the journal is about.
